Welcome to our internal food and beverage ordering mobile application. This service is provided by Green Needle Tech ("we," "us," or "our") to enhance your workplace experience. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies outlined below.
Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
This service is available exclusively to current, active employees of Green Needle Tech. Your access is linked to your employee status and will be terminated upon your departure from the company.
2. Ordering Process
All orders must be placed through this mobile application. Please ensure your order details are accurate before submission. After placing an order, you can track its status in real-time (e.g., Preparing, Ready for Pickup). Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time displayed on the app's home screen.
3. Payment via Tokens
This service operates on a complimentary "Token" system. Employees will receive a set number of digital tokens which can be used to redeem food and beverages from the on-site cafe. The token cost for each item is clearly displayed on the menu. There are no direct monetary costs to employees for standard redemptions.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order until the daily order cut-off time. After this window, orders are considered final to allow our vendors to begin preparation.
5. User Conduct
This application is a shared resource. Users are expected to use the service responsibly and respectfully. Misuse of the service, including placing fraudulent orders or violating company policies, may result in suspension of access to the app.
